Lynda's Story

Yoga found me around the year 2000 and it has been my life ! Certifying at Maureen Raes first YTT later opening the studio and leading retreats
Founded a company that blended yoga and travel
Teaching and travelling sharing my knowledge and love of yoga , many of my students,over the years are teachers  now
I am workshop junkie so I have practised and teach many modalities
Including the dynamic meditations of Osho
I am a praticing Nicherin Buddhist
