Workshops & Special Events

All of our workshops/events/special offerings require pre-registration and payment in advance to ensure student commitment and minimum attendance. In most cases you may cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the offering without any penalty. In consideration of planning on the instructors end and the likelihood that your reservation may have been keeping someone else from attending, cancellation within 48 hours or a no show will still require full payment. The "Book Now" links below will take you to our live schedule page. Once here you will scroll ahead to the event date and enter your details. This link will not prompt payment, just insure your spot in the event. Payment can be made via etransfer to mettawaveyoga@gmail.com with the security answer as stated below in each individual event.

Student Expectation: A mixed levels Suspension Yoga class with many options and variations to choose from. This class is best suited for anyone looking for a light-hearted, curious and interactive practice. 

When: Thursday August 18| Yin + Restore Suspension Yoga | 6:15pm - 7:30pm

Student Expectation: A softer approach to the Suspension practice. This class prioritizes rest and nourishment and keeps things close the ground using the Suspension system

Student Expectation: An attention to flexibility, strength and stability from the end range of motion lens. This class will also offer myofacial work and is suitable for anyone that is interested in looking at the pairing of strength, athleticism and Yoga.
